You can reserve your event with us by emailing us at rrcreservation@gmail.com. We will send the list of information that we need and you just have to reply with the details needed and we'll send you a quotation indicating the 10% deposit amount that needs to be deposited to reserve your booking. You need to email us your deposit slip or proof of payment. You'll receive a confirmation email once we receive your 10% deposit.

All our rates are a package per person per night. The package includes (3) three consecutive buffet meals, free use of outdoor facilities and swimming pool. One meeting area is included for overnight stay groups and is not guaranteed in day tour groups. Rates per person is depending on the number of occupants per room. You can view the rates here.

We offer an all-you-can-eat buffet style meals from breakfast, lunch to dinner. All-you-can-eat is served 30 minutes only. We also have Snack bar where you can order short-order foods like RRC specialty burgers, combo meal, platters, homemade ice creams, and other snacks.

Outdoor facilities are included in the package rate. These are all the open courts such as beach volleyball, grass volleyball, open basketball, mini basketball, soccer field. Part of it is also bouldering wall, bilao golf, chess pavilion and swimming pools. You just need to surrender an ID in RRC Snackbar to borrow a ball. Kids from ages 0-4 are free of charge. Kids 5 and above are considered full rate if they are within a group and staying in a cabin. There is a discounted rate for kids ages 5-8 if they are staying in a Family AC Guest room.

No, it is not for rent. Meeting areas are included in the package if it's a group for an overnight stay. It is assigned based on the headcount. It is free to use from check-in time to checkout time only. Additional charge applies for aircon usage. To view meeting areas, please click here.

We would like to inform you that our food menu is a set course. To give you an idea of what we are serving in the buffet table, there are; steamed rice, one or two viand, vegetable dish, a salad and desserts. A soup is served during dinner. Coffee and tea are served every breakfast and dinner.

Yes, all meeting areas have basic speakers and 1 wired microphone. Wide screen for projectors are also provided.

Yes, however, there is a charge of PHP 500 per pet per day. Also, they should have leash and poop bags. They may roam to any area in RRC except inside and near dining area.

Yes, in compliance to the law and in honor to our elders we give 20% accommodation discount to our Seniors. We request to provide a senior's ID per person to avail the discount. Persons with disabilities (PWD) are also discounted 20% in accommodation. (ID's are also requested to present.)

If your first meal is Lunch in your booking, you are encouraged to arrive any time after 10:00 AM. If your first meal is Dinner in your booking, you are expected to arrive any time after 1:00 PM. We do not encouraged early arrivals.

Mealtimes are strictly scheduled as follows; Breakfast at 7:30 AM to 8:00 AM, Lunch at 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM and Dinner 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Mealtimes can only adjust 15 minutes or 30 minutes advanced these mealtimes or/and 15 minutes or 30 minutes late from these mealtimes. Meal is adjusted upon approval of the management.

Check-in time is 2:00 PM whether your first meal is Lunch or Dinner. Check-out time is depending on your last meal. If your last meal is Breakfast, your check-out time in room is strictly 10:00 AM and you can stay at RRC until 11:00 AM only. If your last meal is Lunch, your check-out time in room is before 12:00 noon, (room keys should be surrendered and rooms should be vacated in order to get your Lunch ticket) you can stay at RRC until 4:00 PM. Please be reminded that meeting area needs to vacate as well. Failure to follow the check-out time in rooms has a percentage surcharge from the total billing.
